Continuing Education

The Program Committee has selected topics that encompass the scope of our practices, not only in diagnostics and intervention but also in procedures and issues that impact our practices.  The topics also provide  quality continuing education hours that can be applied toward our license and certification for the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), ASHA, and for some, the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).

At this time, the submissions for ADHS licensure hours are pending pre-approval.  ADHS is adhering to a strict interpretation of state statutes as it applies to the content of the presentations so that a few submissions that were approved in the past may not be this year.  Despite this development,  we ask that you please attend the sessions in the spirit of refreshing your skills and also learning about issues that are moving our professions so that when the convention is done, you will have had the opportunity to renew and reflect on your professional experiences.
