Dear Exhibitors,
Please find below the ArSHA 2010 Exhibitor Packet containing detailed information about the ArSHA 50th Annual Convention, Reflecting on the Past, Looking to the Future on April 23rd and 24th at the Desert Willow Conference Center, Phoenix, AZ. On behalf of ArSHA, I would like to invite you to register as soon as possible. Space is limited. Exhibitor registration deadline is March 19, 2010. Advertising and sponsorship deadline is March 19. 2010.
Exhibitor Prospectus, Exhibitor Contract and Application, and Exhibitor Registration:
- Please Review the Exhibitor Prospectus carefully as it contains important information about the Convention.

- Refer to the Exhibitor Maps (there are 2 maps) to select your space from the available tables. Select your top four (4) choices.

- Complete the Exhibitor Contract and Application. (Click to download: Exhibitor Contract and Application)
Please be sure to indicate:
a. Number of Tables ($475.00 for 2 day event - limit 2 per company/organization)
b. Electrical Needs ($30.00 per day)
c. Internet Needs ($50.00 per day)
d. Food ($47.50 per day/per person. This includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and buffet lunch.) - Complete one Exhibitor Registration for each exhibitor (limit two per table). (Click to download Exhibitor Registration)
- Fax completed Exhibitor Contract and Application, and Exhibitor Registration forms to 602-445-9337. PLEASE DO NOT FAX THEM TO THE DESERT WILLOW CONFERENCE CENTER.
