| Job Description |
As a District Related Services Provider, the Speech-Language Pathologist’s goal is to provide therapeutic services for students with disabilities who are on IEPs as designated and consultation with both regular education and special education staff.

| Qualifications |
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required For Entry Into Position:
• Masters degree in Speech/Language Pathology or Communication Disorders field preferred – regionally accredited college or university.
• Certified by the Arizona Department of Education as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Experience with providing speech-language services to children and young adults with a variety of disabilities such as Specific Learning Disability, Mental Retardation, Autism, etc.
• Pass a background clearance and fingerprint check
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student, staff and District information.
