Asst/Assoc Prof. Tenure-Track Positions, and Clinical Track Position. As part of Northern Arizona University’s College of Health and Human Services expansion, the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northern Arizona University is seeking applicants for three Tenure Track positions to begin August 2008. Emphasis: adult neurogenics (job #557544) and/or any area of child language disorders and literacy, including early intervention, bilingual speech language disorders, and AAC (job #557677). The successful candidates will be expected to teach in the areas of adult neurogenics and/or child language disorders, establish an independent research program and have an interest in competing for extramural funding. PhD or EdD in speech-language pathology (or closely related field); doctoral candidates (with imminent degree completion) will be considered. NAU also seeks applicants for a Clinical (non-Tenure Track) Faculty Position as Graduate Program Coordinator beginning August, 2008 (job #557676). Responsibilities include: administrative support for Full Time and Summers Only graduate programs, graduate advising; teaching, clinical supervision, participation in research, service within university and community.
