Minimum Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program,
• Current state licensure or eligibility for an Arizona state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, CF’s welcome!
• Demonstrated competence in speech-language pathology evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families and caregivers
