The ib internal assessment is a core component of the IB Diploma Programme, allowing students to explore a topic independently in each subject. It focuses on research skills, critical thinking, and clear presentation. Each IA requires a well-defined objective, proper methodology, analysis, and evaluation based on IB criteria. By choosing a relevant topic and structuring your work effectively, you can demonstrate strong understanding. The IA also contributes significantly to final grades, making it essential to maintain originality, clarity, and academic integrity throughout your work.
